So you give a gift in every box?! What kind of gift can I expect?

Every month we do our best to source the best gifts, so it is something to truly look forward to. We only allow high quality brands, and full packaging sizes. We strive to give quality over quantity. We do not want to spoil the surprise of the actual gifts! But if you insist. The gift changes per box. Generally speaking, it can contain cosmetic products such as body lotions, hand creams, or something for the house like scented candles or some soothing herbal tea to keep you in a good mood!

 

How does my subscription work?

Very easy. Based on user experience we have selected the most valued package in terms of quantity of products, and brands. You choose your preferred size, and requirements for pads and / or tampons. In the checkout you can select the shipping frequency, based on your period duration Enter your shipping and billing information, and the box will be on its way to you!. Delivered to your doorstep.

 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as per the selected subscription frequency, as our service is subscription based. So, if you select 26 days, every 26 days and so on. Therefore, you do not need to worry about payments and your Womooi box will always arrive when you need it.

If you purchase the one time only trail box, your credit card will only be charged once, there are no reoccurring payments.

 

How do I update my billing address or credit card details?

Login to your account, then click "Billing Information" on the screen. you can then edit or amend your billing information by clicking "Edit address" under your current billing address, or "Update card" under the information for your current card on file.

 

How many boxes will I receive and what is included in my delivery package?

Every cycle, we will send you one Womooi box. In every box you will receive, 16 tampons for normal flow ( or 8 pads ), 8 pads for heavy flow, 20 liners, Premium surprise gift, Wet wipes.

 

How do I know that my package will arrive on time?

For every package, you will receive an email containing the track and trace number. You package can be followed by following the link in the email.

 

How do I remove or change an item from my package?

If you have any special requests, please contact us at customerservice@womooi.com and we will try to accommodate your needs.

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

In order for you to cancel your subscription, please sign into your account, select the "billing" tab and at the top of the page you will see a link to "cancel my subscription".

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes of course we do.

 

What’s your exchange/return policy?

Given the nature of the products, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges. However if you have any exchange or refund requests, or complains please contact us at customerservice@womooi.com

 

The pads will be in their original packaging?

Yes, given the products concern personal hygiene products, we leave them in the original packaging. This will also insure you get the products/brands you are familiar with.
